ER

I just got back from the ER. My friend Y was playing badminton when he dislocated his right arm/shoulder and he was taken by the police in an ambulance, to the hospital. A couple Indonesian friends were there with him, but they apparently went to get some food for Y. When he was all done with the doctor, he panicked realizing that nobody was there to take him home, and he called me and D.

When we got to the waiting room, Y and the other Indonesian friends were there, with some food. And so we just sat there, chatted, laughed -at the experience, but also at the fact that it was the ER waiting room and we were just there, enjoying each other's company.

Love was sometimes that simple.
