Sometimes my mind makes silly / wild / fun / weird / amazing / unbelievable / sophisticated / crazy thoughts / questions / resolutions / desires / dreams / complaints / cries. Here are some I can remember. Maybe they sound too simple for some people, but hey, this is my mind making statements. So build a bridge :)
- I'm contemplating to be a vegetarian.
- S**T! (after hearing other people say this word). Until now, this statement has been successfully reduced to...well... emptiness. Ooops... I just said it. by heart.
- Next destination: Rio de Janeiro.
- I really want to read The Origin of Species by Charles Darwin. I was surprised that everyone seemed to understand what Darwin said, and yet in Governing Utopia class, when professor C. asked who read Darwin, there was 100% silence.
- Getting a green card might be fun. Not green card in a literal sense, though.
(I hate paying 100 some dollars for an interview)
- Next goal: being able to speak Spanish -other than me llamo Mel and como estas.
- I still LOVE psalm 23 since the day I started writing my undergraduate thesis. I think I will love it forever.
- Still can't understand the "movement" of writing names with small cases. bell hooks. jesikah maria ross. Can somebody explain (again)? LaSt ThinG i KnoW, tHe MovEmENt GoiNg oN in IndOneSIa wAs WritIng wiTh Mixed Cases.
- I think I fell in love with Jehangir Mehta. May I?
- Professor K. in American Studies is mysterious. I like mystery, though. It leads me to relationship and the search for knowledge.
- WRITE THAT PAPER! NOW! (yes, my mind is mean, at times)
- I must stop washing dishes and doing laundry.
- Hey, American people. DURIAN IS GOOD! Let me repeat it. DURIAN IS GOOD. GOOD. GOOOOOOOD!!!!
- My favorite colors have changed from pink and blue to green and brown. Well, maybe they don't change. Maybe they just change temporarily.
- Laramie Freecycle, please tell me about your local-global relationship, the ways in which you recreate the meaning of objects, and how all those are related to the movement to redefine the meaning of participatory citizenship and democracy. Please tell me so that I can graduate.
note: the photo is an inside joke :) :) :)
